Responsibilities
- Resolve, collect and manage past‑due accounts and outstanding invoices while maintaining a customer‑first mindset
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Collaborate with business partners (Customer Service, Sales, Service delivery, Credit) to resolve post‑sales queries (billing integrity, customer expectation situations and credit issues)
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Create payment receipts
- Perform daily reconciliation between SAP and TMF finance systems
- Interface with sales support, customer service and accounts receivable to reconcile accounts
- Process customer refunds
Qualifications
- Native‑level fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages are a plus
- Experience in the Brazilian market and an international work background are preferred
- Knowledge of Brazilian billing procedure
- Customer service experience is required, with credit collections experience as an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related field, strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SAP
