**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in your assigned territory to achieve the company's objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the waste management and recycling industry.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Increase customer acquisitions, focusing on fully registered and active buyers and suppliers on our platform.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Understand customer profiles and needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their waste management requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and presentations to promote our marketplace platform and services.
- Market Analysis and Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and improvement of our platform.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes, tools, and materials.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trading, sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the waste management or recycling industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in SalesForce and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
This position offers a permanent contract with a 6-month probation period. Initially, you will start with a self-employed contract, with the potential to open offices in the designated territory.
