As Head of Cloud, you will shape Ferrovial’s cloud strategy and drive secure, scalable cloud capabilities across the group. You will lead a team of architects and engineers, partnering with business units to deliver digital products and value. This role combines technical leadership with influence across the organization to enable long-term vision and cost-efficient operations. Responsabilidades
• Senior technology leadership experience (not a first-time management role)
• 10+ years in cloud environments
• Engineering degree
• Proven experience designing and executing Cloud Strategy in large organizations
• Track record building high-performance teams and scalable best practices
• Solid understanding of technologies, architectures, and processes used by development teams
• Ability to make enterprise-wide recommendations to advance digital strategy
• Experience xpzdshu with integrations and strategic partners
• Strong conflict-management and organizational skills
• Strategic mindset with business acumen
• Experience leading teams and managing career development and performance
• Valuable: experience in construction, infrastructure, or mobility sectors
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (high level)
