Advanced Process Control (APC) Solution Enablement Director (Global Practice Director), either internally or externally. The primary responsibility is to work closely with Enterprise Solution Consultants (ESCs) and Regional Solution Consultants (SCs) to develop solution and service execution plans, including large solutions involving APC. The role also involves collaboration with Professional Services, Product Management, and the Partner Group. This person will confirm scope, deliverables, and timelines for all APC proposals and be responsible for their approval in Salesforce.This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional engineer to take on a high-visibility, global role supporting internal teams and working closely with customers and deployment partners using our modeling, advanced process control, and optimization technologies.Your Impact
Work primarily with Aspen DMC3 and Batch APC software solutions.Gather data, document, and summarize client requirements, addressing business process issues with AspenTech solutions.Assist sales and services teams in preparing and delivering complex bids and proposals.Support growth of the APC business in GACV and Services Bookings.Ensure project milestones, delivery dates, and financial goals are met, supporting project teams and partners.Maintain client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional APC solutions.Collaborate with Sales, Support, CSM, R+D, and Partners to ensure successful project delivery.Assess DSP applicants and manage deployment resources for services projects.Participate in new product launches within the APC practice.Travel approximately two times per quarter.What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or extensive hands-on experience in chemical or refinery operations.15+ years of experience.Background in Advanced Process Control (APC) is required.Fast learner with motivation to learn new technologies.Team player with strong customer relationship skills.Proficiency in English;
additional languages are a plus.Ability to travel globally, with access to corporate AMEX.
