Responsibilities & Duties:
* Maintaining positive relationships with the client.
* Identifying client needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
* Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
* Keeping track of new requests made by the client while ensuring the current scope allows for it.
* Managing finances and budgets.
* Assessing client feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
* Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
* Building partnerships and liaising with different stakeholders to determine the company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
Skills & Experience:
* Extensive experience managing paid media campaigns across different platforms, with a focus on Google Marketing Platform.
* Ability to nurture and retain client relationships and understand how Paid Media can feed into wider business goals.
* Ability to think strategically.
* Strong experience (7-8 years) of simultaneously managing client-facing projects involving technical platform implementations, with responsibility for both delivery and the profitability of the project and client portfolios.
* Strong internal and external relationship builder, skilled in negotiation, facilitation and influence, and with a collaborative mindset and attitude.
* Strong attention to detail and uncompromising attitude to quality and time management.
* Excellent documentation skills and the ability to create various sorts of project management, business analysis and technical documentation.
* Good at numbers and with a performance-based mindset.
* Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team.
* Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload and handle the pressures that brings.
* Level English - proficiency.
* Experience in working within an Agency is desirable.
