- Oversee and manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during service.
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, following established recipes and techniques.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients, ensuring they meet our quality standards before use.
- Handle and maintain kitchen equipment properly, ensuring correct cleaning and storage in line with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet service deadlines and maintain a seamless kitchen workflow.
- Ensure a high standard of food presentation and consistency, with strong attention to detail.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in stock management, minimizing waste and ensuring adequate supplies for service.
- Mentor and support junior kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.
