Job Description:
El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a se incorporará de forma temporal a la dirección de Recursos Humanos de Ferrovial Energía.
Funciones :
* Gestionar nuevas incorporaciones, contratos y prórrogas laborales.
* Administrar afiliaciones.
* Calcular IRPF, finiquitos y gestionar pagos.
* Preparar certificados de empresa.
* Elaborar partes de accidente.
* Asesorar laboralmente a centros de trabajo.
* Atender a empleados.
* Aplicar convenios colectivos.
* Crear y mantener calendarios laborales.
* Colaborar en auditorías y inspecciones laborales.
* Realizar reporting de costes, plantilla, encuestas, etc.
Requisitos:
* Titulación en Relaciones Laborales, Ciencias del Trabajo, Derecho, u otras titulaciones con experiencia relevante.
* Al menos 4 años de experiencia en funciones similares.
* Alto nivel de inglés.
* Dominio avanzado de Office.
* Experiencia con Contrat@ y
* Conocimiento de SAP HR (imprescindible).
* Conocimientos en Workday - HCM, Absences y Compensation (valorables).
