Position Summary
Are you detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment? Join our Parts Sales Department in Barcelona, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our global customers and ensuring smooth order fulfillment from order to cash.
Working closely with teams across Sales, Field Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance, you’ll help deliver an excellent customer experience while keeping operations running efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
6. Receive, process, and release customer and warranty orders, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance throughout the order‑to‑cash cycle
7. Act as a key point of contact for customer queries related to spare parts, providing clear information on availability, pricing, and quotations
8. Monitor and track part orders in Oracle/Navision, including backorders and pending items
9. Spot‑check orders to ensure shipment details and transactions are accurate
10. Assist with the preparation of commercial invoices for exports outside the European Union
11. Support purchase orders, shipping, and receiving activities, updating records as required
12. Work closely with Field Service teams to ensure they have the parts support needed to deliver high‑quality service to customers
13. Follow established Parts Department processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
14. Collaborate with the wider team to meet customer satisfaction goals and service expectations
Required Experience & Skills
15. 3–5 years’ experience in a Customer Service–related role
16. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
17. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
18. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
19. Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities
20. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

22. Knowledge of international shipping documentation and INCOTERMS (export/import)
23. French language skills
