Motivate, lead, and develop a team of financial controllers, promoting a culture of continuous learning, creativity, and self-leadership
- Foster collaboration with other areas and teams, aligning with Agile methodologies and Lean principles to optimize value flows
- Facilitate a work environment that enhances adaptability in a constantly changing context
- Support and challenge business areas in strategic and operational planning, ensuring informed, data-driven decisions
- Participate early in key projects and business development, ensuring a comprehensive approach aligned with organizational goals
- Provide recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost management
- Lead the transition to automated and efficient financial processes, minimizing manual and transactional tasks
- Implement and promote the use of digital tools like Power BI and ERP systems for advanced analysis and actionable insights
- Ensure the integration of digital strategies into financial operations and encourage the adoption of new technologies, including automation platforms and AI-based solutions
- Design and lead data analysis strategies that generate relevant insights for decision-making
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting and presentations
- Communicate complex information clearly and pedagogically to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulations, accounting standards, and audit requirements
- Supervise internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and best practices
- Define and monitor key financial KPIs aligned with organizational objectives
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field - At least 5 years of Proven experience in financial controlling, business analysis, or a similar role - Handle BI and other analysis tools to perform business-oriented diagnostics - Full command of English. Portuguese is a plus
