The Advanced Analytics Analyst will play a pivotal role in leading the analytics efforts and driving data-driven decision-making strategies within the International Commercial Analytics & Insights team. This key position requires an experienced and innovative professional with a robust background in data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence. The Manager, Advanced Analytics will be tasked with contributing to evolve the company's current data gathering and analytics capabilities, providing actionable insights that align with the company's strategic objectives, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, and leveraging advanced analytics to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
Lead the development and execution of the advanced analytics strategy to drive business performance and competitive advantage.
Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive business growth and improve operational efficiencies.
Partner with business leaders to understand and influence strategic imperatives related to research and analytics, act as a thought partner and encourage evidence-based decision making.

Present complex analytical findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner to support decision-making.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the impact of commercial initiatives on business outcomes.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop data-driven segmentation and targeting of entities including patients, physicians, office accounts, payers, and health systems.
Portfolio, cross-channel and marketing mix optimization assessments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior Commercial leaders to engage with research and analytics; Serve as an expert in the therapeutic area and lead strategic special projects that help shape and drive the direction of the organization.
Oversee the design and implementation of predictive models, segmentation analysis, and other advanced analytics techniques.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in advanced analytics and data science.
Optimize data collection in partnership with CRM.
Partner with Country Management, Marketing, and Analytics to provide insights on Tactical ROI to advise resource allocation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
~10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business impact through analytics.
~ Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
~ Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, data mining, and predictive analytics.
~ Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations both verbally and through insightful, engaging, and powerful presentations.
~ Self-starter who demonstrates energy and enthusiasm to evolve the existing analytics and data visualization tools of the company to a new level.
~ Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
~ Fluency in English both written and oral mandatory.
