We are looking for an International Planning & Forecast Technician in our Madrid office!About The RoleThe Global Competence Center (GCC) is a multilingual operations platform serving international contracts of Europ Assistance from one single point.You will join the GCC Planning & Support service in Madrid reporting to the Head of Projects & Quality and Process Control.Your main missions will be:Determine the correct estimation of the needed FTE for each market.Guarantee the elaboration and delivery of the planning on time, in accordance with the procedures and agreements in place. Analyze the product planning, inform their hierarchy of the quality of coverage of needs /consistency in relation to resources, and alert them as soon as necessary.Provide support to operational services for all matters relating to planning or its update (corporate agreement, planning tool, holidays,.....) Supervise the planning update before the beginning of month M, in close collaboration with the operational managementEnsure the quality of the schedules in real time, as part of the review meeting with the management of each platform and produce a report of the meetings and alert his or her manager when necessary.Guarantee comprehensive update and change related to workforce planning for which you are responsible for planningPrepare the documents for staff monitoring meetings with operational, and HR. You create the report and follow up on actions. Your profileBachelor’s degree in IT, Business School or Engineering School • 5 years' experience in a similar position and/or experience in contact centers, operational monitoring, planning manager. • Knowledge of planning tools, as well as the organization of working time and regulatory texts is a real plus. • Good level in English language (oral and written) • Knowledge of the insurance or travel assistance sector is not mandatory but is a plus.
