Role Overview
As our Global Solutions Advisor (Account Executive), you will work with clients across the DACH Markets, using your German language skills to build strong relationships and understand their growth ambitions. You’ll guide organisations through the challenges of global expansion and workforce management, owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to close.
Based in Spain with occasional travel to our Barcelona office, your work will help clients expand confidently anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities
- Develop sales opportunities by proactively nurturing opportunities from self‑generated leads, marketing lists, and warm leads across the organisation.
- Plan and execute targeted sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed your targets.
- Own the full sales journey, from identifying prospects to progressing and closing deals.
- Develop and present customised proposals, leading contract negotiations to secure deals that deliver value for both clients and the business.
- Build and maintain a reliable pipeline while forecasting weekly and monthly sales with accuracy.
- Collaborate with channel partners, sharing insights on lead performance and guiding them to provide high‑quality opportunities.
- Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via email, phone, and occasional client visits, delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Stay up to date on HR and global employment trends to bring insight and value to every client conversation.
- Actively represent Safeguard Global at industry events, forging connections, expanding your network, and uncovering new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, ideally within HR Tech, Payroll, SaaS, or Employer‑of‑Record (EOR) solutions.
- Strong fluency in German and English is essential.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple decision‑makers across HR, Finance, and C‑Suite.
