We are looking for a Senior Cost Controller, whose main function will be:
* Manage cost control and direct cost forecasting for the Project, reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager.
* Lead the Cost Control Team to perform the cost control function for the project.
* Manage the monthly reporting of the project execution budget.
* Assess risks and improvement opportunities for escalation management reporting.
* Quantity and measurement control of the different construction subcontracts.
* Perform other job related tasks as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience trained in cost control areas.
* Previous experience in project/production control, quantity or cost control.
* Project and corporate reporting.
* High knowledge in Excel, Knowledge in SAP-BO.
* High level of English, minimum B2.
* Skills: analytical, decisive, proactive, communication skills and teamwork.
