We are seeking an experienced recruiter with at least 1 year of experience, ideally in an international setting, to join our client’s team – for 6 months (with possible internalisation). You will be instrumental in attracting top talent and supporting our clients' recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
Conduct initial assessments and conduct interviews.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
1+ year of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
