Position: Key Account Manager - Fleet

Department/Team: Sales & Network Development
Purpose of role: Support MG fleet opportunities and sales in Spain
Responsibilities:
Negotiate the conditions (prices, payment terms, volumes, etc.).
Track customer risk and debt.
Customer acquisition and loyalty actions.
Analysis and monitoring of results.
Collaboration with different internal areas to ensure compliance with the objectives: Technical Assistance: Collaborate with the ATD area to provide an adequate technical assistance service to customers, detection of opportunities for new products / applications and their approval. Operations: facilitate the management and delivery of orders.
Fluid communication with the rest of the commercial team to generate growth opportunities and improvement actions in the business.
Control and monitoring of the results of the commercial portfolio (volume, margin, debt, competition, etc.) as well as the preparation of the corresponding reporting.
Propose and develop actions aimed at meeting objectives.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of the market identifying new business opportunities and perform an analysis of the practices and prices of the competition to facilitate decision making and adapt to the needs of customers.
Promote the use of the different commercial products of the Company guaranteeing the quality of the service and the use of resources, coordinating the implementation of corporate rules and guidelines.
Representation of the Company in forums, fairs and events of the sector
Maintenance of commercial relationships with strategic customers in the Fleet segment.
Collaboration with other business segments and other commercial areas to search for synergies.
Knowledge of the renting market and dialogue with renting and RAC companies.
Requirements:
• More than 3-5 years of experience in fleet sales in automotive industry.
• Proficient level in English and Spanish.
• Able to work independently and with team.
• Result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multi-cultural teams.
• Must be able to work independently: self-starter.
• Have a Spanish driving license.
