TALENT ACQUISITION INTERN
Working in close collaboration with our Team, the selected person will be involved in the following activities:
Support for the management of the entire recruitment and selection process, from analysing the client's requirements through to the conclusion of the selection process
Support in managing the process of identifying, assessing and selecting high-calibre candidates for client companies, through recruitment and consultancy activities (publishing job advertisements, screening CVs, conducting interviews with candidates, drafting candidate profiles, headhunting, managing final negotiations and onboarding the selected candidate into the company)
Publishing job advertisements, screening applications, making initial contact.
The person we are looking for:
Is a university student or recent graduate
Has a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Has a collaborative and proactive mindset
Is eager to learn and grow professionally
Has a good command of English
Has a good command of Spanish
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Italian and/or Catalan
