WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a scientific discipline
* 1-2 years of relevant experience as billing spacialist: generating and sending invoices to clients, managing billing schedules and deadlines, processing credit notes and adjustments etc.
* Relevant experience with SAP SD/Order to Cash is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Experience with electronic invoicing platforms
* Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
* High level of English and Spanish
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Execute sales orders, invoicing, and credit notes in SAP
* Manage electronic invoicing platforms (Edicom)
* Maintain master data
* Develop and monitor trackers and KPIs
* Support core customer service operations in assigned areas
* Follow established policies and procedures for transaction systems and processes
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes
