We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Store Manager
to lead our boutique located in
El Corte Inglés Marbella
. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking for a new challenge in the luxury accessories sector, with a focus on fashion, optical, and audiology products.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellence in customer experience and service standards Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 8–10 employees to achieve sales targets and KPIs Drive commercial performance through strong leadership, product knowledge, and client engagement Ensure the store environment reflects the brand’s premium positioning and visual merchandising standards Manage stock levels, inventory control, and reporting processes Recruit, train, and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering a personalized luxury experience
Profile Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in retail or luxury environments Proven experience managing teams of 8–10 people Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Commercial mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets Interest in or willingness to develop within the luxury accessories sector, including fashion, optical, and audiology A proactive attitude and openness to change or new professional challenges
