At Agap2, we’re looking for a Commercial Tech Operations Manager to join a leading FMCG company. You’ll be part of a global Commercial Tech Services team supporting and optimizing digital solutions for Sales and Marketing teams worldwide.
In this role, you’ll support global Sales and Advocacy teams by ensuring the smooth delivery of digital and commercial technology solutions. Acting as a bridge between business users and technical stakeholders, you’ll oversee operations, manage vendors, and drive service quality and continuous improvement. Solutions in scope are primarily Salesforce-based, with other platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud and digital tools also involved.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily service operations, including incident, maintenance, and problem management.
* Manage small projects, governance tasks, and service improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Act as a point of contact between business markets and technical support teams (L2/L3, Delivery, Product Owners, etc.).
* Handle escalations, anticipate potential issues, and implement preventive actions.
* Identify and implement process optimization opportunities and best practices.
* Contribute to the overall continuous improvement of the global commercial tech ecosystem.
Requirements
* 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in IT Operations, Service Management, or Tech Business Support.
* Strong exposure to Salesforce (delivery, implementation, or project team experience).
* Comfortable working in complex, multinational environments.
* Experience managing vendors and multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.
* Fluent English (C2)
Nice to Have
* ITIL certification or knowledge of incident/problem management frameworks.
* Salesforce Administrator certification.
* Previous experience in Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Cloud environments.
* Process definition and improvement mindset.
* Hands-on, proactive attitude and ability to multitask.
