Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a team of Area Managers at a Fulfilment Centre, driving safety, quality and productivity. You own the operational plan, analyze performance, and implement actions to meet targets and improve site performance. You collaborate across HR, Finance, Health & Safety, and Security to deliver cross-functional initiatives. You mentor your team and help shape scalable, efficient operations that support Amazon CF’s fast, reliable service.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• Stakeholder management and communication experience
• Proficiency in advanced English (CEFR B2/C1)
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Experience in operations/supply chain
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
