PbJob Description: /b /pulliYou will have a good Knowledge of AEM sites, templates, assets plus components and their styling with the ability to configure the right components in pages according to the design brief /liliResponsible for the authoring of websites and creation of web pages in AEM as per agreed design, making responsive using CSS where required, configuring and publishing those AEM pages /liliMapping of existing templates and components to an approved visual design/mockup /liliDesign and optimise tactics and graphics, that follow template and brand guidelines, and that exceed the agreed quality metrics as per client requirement /liliOngoing creative development; creative iteration, image swap, quick updates etc. /liliWork with the client’s CDM (Content Delivery Manager), brand stakeholders and IBEX digital teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects /liliSupport, where required, with the transfer of AEM into the development and operating environment (AEM architecture and staging) /liliConfigure page properties, tags and asset metadata /liliConfigure Analytics or other similar tags in the page setup /liliEnsure site/pages are compliant as per the Google page speed tool /liliHave the ability to modify HTML, CSS and ideally JS in existing pages /li /ulpbr/ppbIdeal Profile /b: /pulliShould possess minimum 3+ years of experience working in Adobe Experience Manager - assembly, coding and ideally design producing digital deliverables with exposure to omnichannel campaign delivery /liliEducational Background – Graduate/Post-Graduate with preferably a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related design equivalent /liliGood verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills /liliNaturally proactive and collaborative with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team and manage one’s time effectively /liliHave a detail-oriented mind, be well-organized, and be able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail /liliHave proven experience with platforms, tools, techniques and knowledge of multiple media and apply them in developing creative outputs as required /liliAbility to troubleshoot issues and make changes in AEM to resolve such issues /liliExperience of responsive design including for mobile, iOS and Android /liliGood understanding and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ideally JS /liliUnderstanding of how design translates to code (coding expertise tagging) /liliSoftware skills/Expertise – AEM plus Adobe Design Suite and knowledge of Adobe Target, XD + Figma a distinct advantage.
