Join the Young Talent Program at Thales Alenia Space ! We are looking for an HSE Trainee to support our Health, Safety, and Environment department. You will contribute to the site’s legal and corporate conformity, participate in risk assessments for cutting-edge R&D; projects, and help drive industrial improvements. This is an excellent opportunity to become a specialist in HSE management systems within a collaborative, international, and multicultural environment. 🛠️ Key responsibilities Compliance & Risk Management Collaborate in ensuring the site’s continuity of conformity regarding HSE legal and Corporate requirements. Participate actively in the Risk Assessment processes across the facility. Support risk analysis for R&D; projects and assist in implementing control mechanisms for new processes. Operational HSE & Industrial Improvement Collaborate on industrial improvements related to manufacturing processes to enhance safety and efficiency. Participate in the implementation of the Contractors Management Plan. Support the site’s inspection program and follow up on established HSE action plans. Monitoring, Reporting & Audit Monitor corporate objectives by establishing action plans and tracking KPIs. Perform established reporting and maintain clear documentation of HSE performance. Participate in internal and external audits of the HSE Management System. Training & Culture Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the HSE Training Program. Promote a proactive safety culture among employees and contractors. Encourage open communication and teamwork in a multicultural environment. 🧠 Candidate profile Education: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s in Health, Safety, and Environment. A background in Engineering or Sciences is a plus. Languages: English fluent (must) ; ability to work in a multi-cultural environment is essential. Mindset: Strong commitment to safety, proactive, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with different departments and external auditors. Technical Skills: Interest in industrial processes, risk analysis, and KPI-driven management. Soft Skills: Team player spirit, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 🎓 What we offer?
