Overview Your future job: To support the further growth of Unilin Panels in Spain, we are looking for an ambitious and customer-oriented Area Sales Manager Eastern Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships in the Eastern part of Spain, with a strong focus on the regions of Comunidad Valenciana and Catalonia.

Panels is the reference in wooden board material for the construction and interior design sectors, known for its strong focus on sustainability, design and innovation. Our product portfolio includes chipboard, MDF, decorative panels and mezzanine floors. You will report directly to the Country Manager Spain and work closely with internal teams and external partners to further strengthen our market position.

Responsibilities You manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
\n
You develop new customers and business opportunities within the Trade and Industrial segments for our full product portfolio, with a focus on standard and specialty MDF and added-value products.
\n
You visit customers and prospects on a regular basis and act as a trusted advisor, offering technical and commercial guidance, product information and training.
\n
You identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions, in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
\n
As the main point of contact for your customers, you coordinate topics related to pricing, quotations, orders, deliveries, samples and product information, working closely with internal departments such as sales support, production planning and logistics.
\n
You actively follow up on market trends, customer needs and competitor activities in your region and share insights with the Country Manager.
\n
You negotiate contracts and commercial agreements within the framework of Unilin Panels’ pricing and commercial policies.
\n
You handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, always aiming for high customer satisfaction.
\n
Your main focus will be on Eastern Spain (specifically Comunidad Valenciana and Catalonia region), but you will also cover Balearic and Canary Island. You work from your home office, combined with frequent travel within your region.

Qualifications You have at least 3 years of experience in a B2B field sales role, preferably within building materials, wood-based panels or a related industry.
\n
You are based in Eastern Spain, ideally in the Comunidad Valenciana region.
\n
You have a strong commercial mindset, are customer-focused and enjoy building long-term professional relationships.
\n
You are a confident communicator and negotiator with a structured and autonomous way of working.
\n
You are proactive, entrepreneurial and motivated to grow a market and your own customer portfolio.
\n
You have a good affinity with technical products and are willing to continuously deepen your product knowledge.
\n
You speak Spanish fluently and have a very good command of English. You feel comfortable working in an international organization.

You work independently, structured and pay attention to a correct administrative follow-up.
