We are seeking a Global Growth Director with a
strong background in business development, executive sales, strategy consulting in finance or M/A sectors.
Location: Madrid. Spain.
The ideal candidate will possess not only strategic vision and an entrepreneurial mindset, but also
empathy and the skills to support and energize a global network of corporate finance advisors.
Core Missions
* Drive the
growth strategy of a global network
of corporate finance advisors and launch high-value business opportunities.
* Recruit top-tier professionals to join the network and lead a high-performing growth team.
as a support pillar for network members, ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources to succeed in their local markets.
* Lead
collaboration and cross-selling between 80+ countries
to maximize global deal flow.
* Manage and lead both teams of analysts and business developers.
* Optimize services and onboarding processes, accelerating expansion and facilitating global knowledge sharing.
* Shape the
company's strategic direction
as part of the executive team.
* Manage the delivery of support services (corporate office, and research) to ensure independent advisors can focus on deal-making.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
and an
MBA from a relevant business school
.
* At least 15 years of experience in Business Development, Executive Sales or Strategy Consulting
,
preferably in M&A and Strategy
.
* C2 English proficiency (written and spoken) is a must.
* Proven experience in managing franchise networks, independent agent models, or professional communities is highly valued.
* Proven success in identifying business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and achieving growth targets.
* Strong leadership mindset
with a focus on results, combined with excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with international teams across
different time zones
