Where will you work?

What will you do?
1. You will act as the first point of contact for any accounting incidents, escalating when necessary.
2. You will ensure compliance with HQ procedures, internal policies, and accounting principles.
3. You will manage Record to Report activities.
4. You will execute daily transactions and journal entries in line with SSC policies.
5. You will handle the month-end close for assigned entities, including reconciliations, accruals, allocations, and variance analyses.
6. You will manage fixed assets processes, including additions, disposals, leases, and depreciation schedules.
7. You will prepare ad-hoc financial reports and ensure their accuracy and compliance.
8. You will identify and propose improvements in accounting workflows and tools.
9. You will collaborate on finance transformation initiatives to enhance integration and automation.
10. You will maintain the integrity of accounting systems and internal controls under your responsibility.
Who are we looking for?
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or finance, ideally within a shared services environment
* Fluent in German and English (Spanish a plus)
* Proficient in SAP FI and Microsoft Office
* Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and sense of ownership
* Excellent communicator and team player in multicultural settings
