Position : Head of Air Freight - Spain
We are working on behalf of a leading international logistics and freight forwarding organisation to recruit an experienced and strategic Head of Air Freight. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving operational excellence and expanding air freight services across key European markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, carriers, and key stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the air freight team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
Streamline operational processes to improve service quality and profitability.
Analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven experience in air freight management within the freight forwarding industry.
Strong knowledge of air cargo regulations, customs clearance, and global logistics.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience in carrier management.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
