Job description
As a Community Recruitment Officer, you will ensure a strong alignment between client needs and available talents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing & Recruitment
* Identify, engage, and qualify freelancers and consulting partners
* Conduct proactive sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, CRM, communities)
* Assess skills and motivations to ensure strong project fit
Matching & Delivery
* Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs
* Propose the most relevant profiles
* Ensure quality and responsiveness in the matching process
Community Development
* Develop and animate a community of freelancers and partners
* Lead engagement initiatives (events, outreach, content)
* Maintain and enrich a structured CRM
Partnership Management
* Build and manage relationships with ESN and consulting firms
* Identify new partners to expand the ecosystem
Performance & Continuous Improvement
* Track key KPIs (conversion rate, engagement, responsiveness)
* Contribute to improving processes and tools with internal teams
About You
* Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
* First experience in recruitment (internship/apprenticeship included), ideally in IT, Digital, or Consulting
* Fluent in French and comfortable in English
* Familiar with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM)
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
You are proactive, structured, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and can build trust with various stakeholders.
You are willing to take ownership and contribute to building and structuring a growing activity.
This is not a classic recruitment role.
You will act as a builder of an ecosystem, combining recruitment, business understanding, and community development.
