Job Opening: SAP HR/FI-AP Specialist (Hybrid, Madrid)
Decskill is seeking a SAP HR/FI-AP specialist for a hybrid project based in Madrid.
Responsibilities
* Define, build, deliver, and maintain finance business applications aligned with client strategies, focusing on Cytric and its integrations with systems like Workady and S4H, supporting expense posting and employee payment processes.
* Support the Finance & People Solutions team in enabling Digital Business Solutions (DBS) and Digital Transformation Services (DTS) to improve client performance through process automation.
* Analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and ensure processes and tools remain as standard and integrated as possible.
* Design functional specifications, validate detailed requirements, and oversee solution construction, testing, and deployment.
* Provide application support, propose enhancements, and coordinate activities of technical and functional teams.
Requirements
* Over 2 years experience with S4H and Cytric or similar travel expense tools, including participation in implementations, upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
* Experience with SAP TME, SAP HR, SAP FI-AP, and their integrations.
* Knowledge of business support functions, Microsoft Office, and proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Degree in Finance & Accounting.
