In few wordsPosition:Financial ControllerLocation: On-site role based in Madridwith occasional trips to SwedenExperience:Minimum 4 years of experienceinBig 4 and/or the pharmaceutical industry; experience ingeneric pharmais strongly preferred.General ResponsibilityWe are looking for aFinancial Controller –to support financial performance management acrossNorthern Europe.Basedon-site in Madridand reporting to theFP&A; Manager, this role will drive high-quality financial planning, reporting and business insights, ensuring accurate performance tracking and supporting decision-making across the Generics organization.Specific ResponsibilitiesOwn and coordinate the planning cycle for the region (budget, forecast updates, long-range planning where applicable).Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packs (P&L;, OPEX, KPIs), ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clarity.Perform variance analysis vs. budget/forecast/prior year; identify drivers and provide actionable recommendations.Act as a finance business partner for Northern Europe stakeholders, supporting performance reviews and commercial/operational initiatives.Support month-end activities from a controlling perspective, liaising with accounting teams to ensure robust accruals and correct performance recognition.Maintain and improve financial models, dashboards and reporting automation using SAP, SAP BPC and Power BI.Ensure consistent application of internal controlling standards and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and data quality.Support ad-hoc analyses (profitability, cost efficiency, scenario analysis) as required by management.?Requirements and personal skillsMinimum 4 years of experienceinBig 4 and/or the pharmaceutical industry; experience ingeneric pharmais strongly preferred.Solid controlling/FP&A; background with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced user ofMS Office (especially Excel).Hands-on experience withSAP,SAP BPCandPower BI.High level of English(professional fluen
