Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Head Chef for a 70m yacht.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in managing a galley on a busy, dual-season yacht.
Requirements :
* Italian trained chef
* Previous Head Chef experience on yachts, preferably on larger, prestigious vessels / similar sized.
* Professional restaurant experience and formal culinary training are also required.
Start date : ASAP / within a month
Location : Spain
Salary : TBD – flexibility for the right candidate
Leave : Time-for-time rotation (8 weeks on / off).
Vessel Program and itinerary : Dual season private yacht.
