Your tasks
* Contacting existing customers with active insurance policies.
* Offering insurance renewals and additional coverage for household appliances.
* Providing detailed information on warranties, policies, and coverage terms.
* Managing customer databases and handling software tools efficiently.
Your profile
* Fluent in Portuguese
* At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service campaigns with sales, preferably in outbound calls, in the last 3 years.
* Goal-driven mindset with a passion for results.
* A dynamic and resilient personality.
* Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
* Adaptability to work under performance targets.
* Proactive, energetic, and persistent.
