1. Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.

ABOUT THE JOB
7. Focus on planning and delivering safe family programmes, as well as a wide range of sport sessions, daytime activities to our guests of all ages and nationalities.
8. Plan and deliver various sports and activities adapting to different abilities and ages, following all guidelines provided.
9. Follow our high standards of childcare whilst hosting teens and junior type of activities and events to cater the high season programmes.
10. Take part in events such as team days and entertainment events as part of a “one team” ethos to deliver the best possible holiday experience especially for our young guests.
11. Actively promoting and selling your activities and sessions to encourage maximum attendance.
ABOUT YOU
12. Hold a coaching award, sports certification, activity leadership qualification, or have at least two years’ experience working with children in a sports environment.
13. You have a genuine passion for caring for and coaching children in sports.
14. You are confident in the water and either already hold, or are willing to obtain, a pool safety certification to support activity delivery around water.
15. You are confident communicating in English with international colleagues and guests of all ages – additional languages are a plus but not essential.
16. You are a consistently positive team player, ready to learn and adapt to the demands of the role, including working in direct sun and heat.
