Experteer Overview As a Critical Environment Industrial Control Systems Engineer at CO+I, you’ll help deliver reliable, secure ICS across Microsoft’s 24x7 datacentres. You’ll work with IT, OT, and CE teams to manage BAS/BMS/EPMS, safeguarding data quality, access, and safety programs. This role combines field presence with cross-functional collaboration and growth opportunities in a mission‑critical, sustainability‑minded environment. - Maintain ICS availability, data quality, change management, and security across datacentre ICS systems (BAS/BMS/EPMS)
- Lead site-level ICS programs and participate in global ICS initiatives
- Governing Microsoft’s electrical and mechanical ICS assets, including servers, networks, and device infrastructure
- Manage access control and permissions for ICS systems, networks, workstations, and servers
- Uphold safety and security through CO+I policies and compliance assessments
- Develop positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Experience engineering BAS/BMS/EPMS or similar PLC-based control systems
- Experience with Operational Technologies, Virtual Machines, industrial networks, servers, and serial protocols
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel between sites and have a valid driver’s license
