Job Mission: This role is responsible for defining and leading the brand's integral product portfolio and innovation strategy across both Bt B and Bt C channels. By transforming consumer insights, dermo-cosmetic trends, and market opportunities into science-backed, profitable products, the role ensures strategic growth and competitiveness.

Strategy &
- Innovation Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the global portfolio and innovation strategy across Bt B and Bt C channels to maximize synergies, profitability, and long-term business growth. Portfolio &
- Lifecycle Management: Evolve the portfolio architecture by identifying market gaps, managing the full product lifecycle (launches, reformulations, and discontinuations), and defining premium pricing strategies. Insight-Driven Innovation: Translate trends, competitor data, and consumer insights into a concrete, science-backed roadmap of high-impact innovation priorities. 2.
Product
Innovation &
- Development End-to-End Product Development: Partner with Brand Managers to guide new products and line extensions from concept to launch, ensuring strict execution timelines and cross-functional alignment. Pipeline &
- Concept Creation: Proactively identify portfolio gaps and write strategic briefs for R&
- D, translating trends and consumer needs into science-backed innovation pipelines.
Market Competitiveness: Ensure all innovations deliver strong clinical claims, meaningful differentiation, and high competitiveness within the premium beauty market.
People Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of four professionals, fostering collaboration and a strong innovation mindset.

- Cross-Functional Coordination NPD Orchestration &
- Risk Management: Drive the execution of the New Product Development (NPD) process, proactively managing risks, bottlenecks, and timelines to ensure efficiency and excellence.
Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate seamlessly with global cross-functional teams (R&
- D, Digital, Sales, Marketing) and maintain strong visibility with Country Managers and local markets.
Market
Relevance &
- Commercial Viability: Gather local market feedback to build robust business cases focused on incremental growth, high business impact, and accurate forecasting.
Launch Readiness: Collaborate on global launch preparation, including storytelling, toolkits, clinical claims support, and activation planning. 4.

- Consumer Insights Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor consumer behavior, dermo-cosmetic trends, and competitor activities (pricing, claims, portfolios) to unlock opportunities for differentiation.

Reference &
- Culture: Act as the strategic internal benchmark for skincare, wellness, and premium market evolution, fostering a deeply consumer-centric innovation culture across the company.

- Strategic Decision-Making KPI Management &
- Evaluation: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate launch performance and continuously optimize innovation processes and business impact. Data-Led Decision Making: Use consumer insights, market opportunities, and commercial data to back all strategic decisions.
Strategic Prioritization: Prioritize projects and initiatives based on their business potential, profitability, strategic relevance, and expected ROI. What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Innovation (Master's from a top business school is a plus).
Experience: 8–10 years in portfolio strategy, product development, and innovation pipelines, strictly required within the skincare, dermo-cosmetic, or premium clinical beauty sectors.
Expertise: Proven track record in global portfolio architecture, premium pricing strategy, and claims development while working closely with R&
- D. Deep understanding of skincare consumer behavior, wellness trends, and premium market dynamics.
Skills: Strategic and analytical mindset that balances scientific credibility with commercial ROI. Strong cross-functional leadership in global, multi-market environments.
