Key Account Manager – Ecommerce & Physical Retailers
Results-driven FMCG professional with strong experience managing key accounts in hypermarkets and supermarkets, while developing ecommerce channels (minimum 4 years of professional experience). Solid background in Personal Care and Home Care categories, with deep knowledge of the Iberian FMCG market. Strong analytical mindset, sales-driven approach, and customer-focused growth orientation.
Long Description
Key Responsibilities & Experience
Managing strategic accounts in major retailers such as Carrefour, Mercadona, Auchan, Eroski, Día, Consum, and Lidl, achieving consistent sales growth.
Developing and executing ecommerce strategies, including Amazon management and other platforms (Miravia, Privalia, Shein, Temu), as well as specialized distributors.
Creating and monitoring account plans, demand forecasts, KPIs, and P&L analysis.
Collaborating with Trade Marketing and Category Management teams to optimize results.
Differentiators
University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar).
Proven experience in FMCG, preferably in Personal Care and/or Home Care sectors.
Previous experience as Key Account Manager managing both Physical Retailers and Ecommerce.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP; experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
