Have minimum 1 year of real estate experience in this market

Have solid knowledge of the areas, developments, and client journey
\n

Your Role
\n
Manage qualified international buyers from first contact to closing
\n
Conduct online and in-person property viewings
\n
Present and sell new developments across the Costa del Sol
\n
Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full purchase process
\n
Maintain xugodme structured follow-up and CRM updates
\n
Requirements
\n
Native or fluent French + strong English
\n
Have minimum 1 year of real estate experience in this market
\n
Strong knowledge of local areas and developments
\n
Proven sales / closing mindset
\n
Autónomo or willing to work as self‑employed
\n
Own car and driving licence
\n
Professional, proactive, and results-driven
