Sales Manager – Spanish and Arabic Markets (Diagnostics / Scientific Solutions)

We are supporting a growing international company developing innovative diagnostic and analytical solutions used in regulated environments. As part of their expansion, they are looking to hire an Account Manager to develop business across Spain and Arabic-speaking markets.
This is an international, distributor-focused role combining commercial responsibility with a technical dimension, ideal for someone with a scientific background who enjoys working closely with partners and customers in the field.
What you will be doing
Managing and developing distributor networks across Spain and Arabic-speaking markets
Supporting partners with product training, onboarding and customer engagement
Travelling regularly to meet distributors and end customers
Driving sales growth through pipeline development and market expansion
Monitoring partner performance and identifying areas for improvement
Supporting customers with first-level technical discussions and product understanding
Collaborating with internal teams to support market and customer needs
What we are looking for
2–5 years of experience in sales or account management
Experience working with international markets or distributor-based sales
Background in diagnostics, laboratory, medical devices or scientific products
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g. biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar) or equivalent experience
Fluent Spanish and Arabic (both required), with good English
Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures
Hands-on, proactive mindset with willingness to travel (around 50%)
