Desplácese hacia abajo y descubra qué habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones académicas se necesitan. <br><p> Location: Spain (field‐based)</p><p> Contract Type: Freelance / Contract </p><p> Therapeutic Area: Respiratory / Rare Disease </p><p> About the Role </p><p> We are supporting a global biopharmaceutical company in hiring a Contract Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support Phase 3 clinical trials in Respiratory / Rare Disease across Spain. </p><p> Spain is a key country for these studies, with a high number of active trial sites, and this role will be critical in ensuring strong site engagement, high‐quality data generation, and successful trial delivery. </p><p> Key Responsibilities </p><p> Clinical Trial Start‐Up </p><ul><li> Attend Site Initiation Visits (SIVs) and deliver scientific presentations </li><li> Support site identification and feasibility assessments </li><li> Provide input on study protocols and scientific positioning </li><li> Participate in investigator meetings to build early relationships </li></ul><p> Trial Execution & Site Support </p><ul><li> Build and maintain relationships with investigators and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)</li><li> Conduct regular site visits across Spain </li><li> Provide ongoing scientific and disease area expertise </li><li> Support patient recruitment strategies and site performance </li><li> Identify, escalate, and help resolve site challenges </li><li> Collect and share competitive and clinical insights </li></ul><p> Cross‐Functional Collaboration </p><ul><li> Partner with Clinical Trial Operations (CTO) teams </li><li> Contribute to investigator meetings and study updates </li><li> Provide timely reports and actionable insights after site visits </li><li> Support site retention and issue resolution activities </li></ul><p> Your Profile </p><p> Experience </p><ul><li> Prior experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL)</li><li> Experience supporting clinical trials (Phase 2/3 preferred)</li><li> Background in respiratory, pulmonology, cardiology, or rare diseases highly preferred </li><li> Proven ability to engage with KOLs and clinical investigators xbhjioe </li></ul><p> Education </p><ul><li> Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MSc)</li></ul><p> Skills & Competencies </p><ul><li> Strong scientific communication and presentation skills </li><li> Ability to build credible, trust‐based relationships </li><li> Highly self‐sufficient and field‐oriented </li><li> Excellent problem‐solving and stakeholder management skills </li><li> Willingness to travel extensively across Spain </li></ul><p> Languages </p><ul><li> Fluent Spanish and English (required)</li></ul><p> Apply Now </p><p> If you're an experienced MSL with strong clinical trial expertise and enjoy working in a dynamic, field‐based scientific role, we'd love to hear from you. </p>
