Functions and responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into HR strategies.
* Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning and succession planning for sea and air freight divisions.
* Support change‑management initiatives during business transformation or process optimization.
Talent Management
* Drive recruitment strategies for specialized roles in freight forwarding and air cargo operations.
* Implement onboarding programs tailored to logistics and transport professionals.576>
* Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Employee Relations
* Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues within the sea and air freight teams.
* Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and labor laws.
* Mediate conflicts andבה foster a positive work environment across multicultural teams.
Performance & Compensation
* Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and appraisals.//*[@-compensation?]
* Advise on compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks for freight forwarding and air transport roles.
Compliance & Safety
* Ensure adherence to international and local labor regulations.
* Collaborate with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) teams to maintain compliance in operational areas.

* Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training effectiveness) and provide insights to improve workforce efficiency.
* Prepare reports for senior management on HR trends within sea and air freight operations.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
* Experience: 5+ years in HR roles, with at least 2 years as HRBP in logistics, freight forwarding or transportation industry.
* Skills:
o Strong knowledge of international labor laws and compliance.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Ability to manage HR projects in a fast‑paced, global environment.
o Familiarity with HRIS and data‑driven decision‑making.
