Retail Manager
you will lead and inspire our retail operation activities within Las Rozas Village, driving sales and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience

About the role
Ensure that Las Rozas Village achieves its retail strategy
Develop retail strategies to drive business growth and commercial success
Guide store managers on in-store standards and customer service
Coordinate with learning and development on staff training
Identifying and acquiring new products that drive innovation
Analysing sales data and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
Role requirements
Proven experience in international retail
Ability to work well with all business levels
Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills
Customer-focused with a deep understanding of quality service
Fluent in English and Spanish
