The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program offers an opportunity to work for one of our subsidiaries worldwide.
Business France, the French agency for international business development, manages all administrative procedures related to your assignment. Ensure you meet Business France's eligibility criteria to apply for a VIE:

The Zaragoza site in Spain, part of the Power Division, is seeking a VIE Production Supervisor for a 12-month assignment.
Your challenges
* Assist in daily production oversight: Support the production team to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
* Inventory and materials management: Help track and manage materials to prevent delays.
* Monitor production performance: Assist in tracking KPIs such as cycle time, productivity, and waste levels.
* Support staff training and motivation: Aid in training and motivating production staff to maintain a productive environment.
* Identify process improvements: Contribute to identifying and implementing ways to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
Let’s talk about you
* You hold an engineering degree; knowledge of Office and Google Data Studio is a plus.
* You are fluent in English and Spanish.
* You possess good communication skills, an international mindset, and are open to new cultures and ways of working.
* You are humble, attentive, positive, professional, and diplomatic.
