Accountant, Accounting & Reporting
Location: Reus, T, ES, 43206

Role Overview: The Accountant, Accounting & Reporting, is responsible for accounting, reporting, and tax activities for La Morella Nuts SAU, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and supporting financial analysis and decision-making.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing and financial statements in accordance with local statutory and Group requirements (IFRS).
* Perform general accounting tasks including fixed assets, payroll (handled by external provider), and manual journal entries.
* Manage treasury activities such as cash management, payments, bank statements, FX hedge, and revaluation.
* Support external audits and prepare statutory reports.
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies and develop accounting expertise.
* Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and internal finance teams.
* Ensure tax compliance for direct and indirect taxes.
* Drive process improvements and technology adoption.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably in an international environment.
* Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to meet monthly deadlines.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel.
