- Senior Industrial Controller**How can you become part of our success?**
Reporting to the Head of Controlling, your main responsibilities will be:- Manage the month-end-closing and reporting process, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and compliance with guidelines and deadlines defined by the Group.
- Build monthly forecasts.
- Lead the preparation of yearly business plan. Analysis of variances vs budget and previous year.
- Preparation of 5 years strategic plans.
- Cost control and analysis of all plant expenses and KPIs.
- Control and monitor of product, segment, and customer profitability. Deep analysis of gross margin development.
- Managing relationship with stakeholders. Support plant activities from a controlling point of view.
- Control of subsidiary companies.**What skills do you need?**- Degree in Finance, Management or Business.
- 5 - 7 years of professional working experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of industrial sector. Automotive industry is a plus.
- Ability to analyse large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights.
- Very good team spirit and communication skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working.-
