The Role & Team :

InfoVista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position will challenge the successful candidate to excel in a variety of areas and offer significant opportunity for reward and growth.

As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients. The candidate will need a “hunting” persona for new logos and expansions in existing client bases. In this role, the candidate will build on their background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects.

The candidate will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision makers, become their trusted advisor, and expand within Infovista’s accounts with the goal to grow the current footprint. They will drive innovation, automation, and value. The Account Director will work closely with customers and partners, influence them, and interface with Infovista’s Product Development and Professional/Technology Services teams to ensure successful deployments. The candidate will leverage their sales experience to secure business in competitive situations while focusing on sales targets. Profile :

Sales skills, strong drive for results, and target achievement.

* Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
* Ability to develop key strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.
* Extensive industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to engineers, managers, and executives.
* Understanding how technical sales influence business cases, with the capacity to coordinate internal resources to meet business goals.
* Team-oriented selling; proactive internal communication, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.


Technical knowledge

* Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and/or other OSS solutions and systems.
* Deep understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations, along with personal skills and know-how.
* Strategic thinking, process setup, and the ability to develop plans for complex deals, outcompete rivals, and align organization with business needs.
* Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and vision. Ability to analyze, anticipate, and coach others.
* Inspiring presence, charisma, and assertiveness to uphold Infovista standards.
* Prioritization and adaptability in a dynamic environment with changing deadlines and workloads.
* Excellent organization skills; proven ability to drive projects to completion and manage multiple opportunities.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in building and managing customer or vendor relationships, including senior executives.

* Hunter mentality.
* Proven track record in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and Optimization solutions, or other OSS solutions.
* Strong software sales acumen.
* Demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting quotas.
* Existing relationships with senior leaders at CSPs like Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.
* Travel required up to 50%.
