About the role
Scope As an AI Lead at Orange Business Digital Services, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing our AI strategy across Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI governance. You will embed AI into our consulting approach and drive the vision of “AI everywhere,” empowering our teams and clients to unlock new business value.
This role has both local and European scope :
* Locally, you will provide presales support, promote AI adoption in the local market, and ensure AI offerings are visible and valued by clients.
* At the European level, you will develop the AI value proposition, lead roadshows, support presales across countries, and enable sales and presales teams to drive AI adoption across markets.
Working closely with the Data & AI Director for Europe, you will shape go-to-market strategies, deliver innovative AI solutions, and inspire clients and teams to harness the transformative power of AI.
As part of a vanguard, cross-countries squad of AI Leads, you will play a central role in shaping our European AI leadership — ensuring coherence across markets, sharing best practices, and leveraging local strengths to deliver impact at scale.
What You’ll Do: All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with
Innovation & Capitalization
* Identify market trends and emerging AI technologies.
* Build and continuously evolve AI value propositions.
* Own the AI offering within Digital Services.
Go-to-Market & Time-to-Market
* Define AI strategies in partnership with business stakeholders.
* Develop go-to-market plans and craft compelling offerings.
* Accelerate time-to-market by streamlining delivery models.
* Ensure AI adoption locally and across European markets.
Methodology & Frameworks
* Create tools, frameworks, and best practices to drive AI adoption.
* Build reusable assets and methodologies for scalable AI delivery.
* Upskill consultants through training and enablement programs.
Presales & Business Development
* Local : Support presales efforts and promote AI in the local market.
* European : Lead presales initiatives, support other countries, and enable sales and presales teams across Europe.
* Collaborate with account teams to identify and capture new business opportunities.
Communication & Community
* Act as a thought leader internally and externally.
* Lead events, speak at conferences, and highlight success stories.
* Animate and grow AI communities of practice within Digital Services.
Leadership & Empowerment
* Inspire, mentor, and coach Data & AI consultants.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
* Lead with empathy, ensuring sustainable growth of AI capabilities.

* Experience driving presales, go-to-market strategies, and offer creation.

* A natural leader thriving at the intersection of technology, business, and people.
* Experience operating across multiple geographies is a plus.
