Responsibilities
- Adhere to site safety standards and enforce safety and biosafety requirements in the manufacturing department.
- Work closely with Technical Services and Ing. validation to develop and confirm critical and key process parameters needed for equipment and process validation.
- Analyze production problems through data analysis and daily operations meetings to identify and implement engineered solutions.
- Apply problem‑solving methodology to diagnose root causes.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to Pfizer manufacturing groups as required.
- Provide training to new employees in accordance with training material.
- Contribute to the completion of projects and manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop short‑term work plans.
- Review and contribute to applicable documentation (e.g., MBRs, SOPs, P&IDs;) and provide support as needed.
Qualifications
Must‑Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong technical, management and organizational skills.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Nice‑to‑Have
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process and equipment.
