Responsibilities include:
* Requirements analysis
* Design and implement functional solutions
* Provide effort estimations
* Coordinate with team and clients to meet project goals
* Analyze and improve application performance
* Collaborate with technology providers
* Validate solutions against requirements
* Ensure software quality standards
* Create functional documentation
* Share knowledge within Omega's community
Required Experience:
* At least 4 years in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting
* Business process analysis and redesign experience
* Experience with Salesforce solutions supporting sales, service, and marketing cloud
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Fluent in English (oral and written)
