Description
As an E-Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key digital customers across Spain (primary market) and France and Portugal (secondary markets). You will drive profitable online growth for our brands by building joint business plans with strategic eRetailers and ensuring best-in-class execution across marketplaces and digital pure players.
You will work in close collaboration with Marketing, Digital, Trade/Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal teams to define commercial strategies, optimize execution and accelerate online performance across the covered markets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Ownership & P&L
5. Own and monitor the customer-level P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
6. Lead forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning for assigned accounts, in line with targets
Account Management & Growth Strategy
7. Manage commercial and operational relationships with assigned eRetailers across Spain, France and Portugal
8. Build and execute strategic account plans to maximize visibility, conversion and sales
9. Define assortment strategy, promotional calendars and activation plans by platform
10. Negotiate trading terms and joint initiatives (where applicable), ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and approval processes
Performance & Execution
11. Analyze performance across key KPIs (sell-in / sell-out, traffic, conversion, campaigns and assortment) and define corrective action plans with internal stakeholders
12. Work in close collaboration with the Digital Shelf Manager to optimize the digital shelf and user experience across all platforms, ensuring best-in-class eCommerce standards:
Content quality (PDP), SEO, images and video, A+ content (where applicable)
Ratings & reviews, product availability, pricing strategy and correct execution of promotional mechanics
13. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Trade, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Media/Agency) to ensure flawless day-to-day execution
Launches, Promotions & Market Intelligence
14. Lead new product launches online, ensuring readiness of content, stock, pricing and activation
15. Plan, execute and evaluate promotional initiatives, including post-campaign performance reviews
16. Monitor market trends, competition and benchmarks, identifying new eRetail growth opportunities across Spain, France and Portugal
Reporting Line
17. The position reports directly to the eCommerce Lead SEC
Skills & Qualifications
18. 5+ years of experience in similar roles (eCommerce Key Account Management / Digital Sales / Marketplace management)
19. Strong knowledge of marketplaces and digital pure players and their commercial levers
20. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and experience using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
21. Solid understanding of Amazon dynamics (Vendor Central / Seller Central)
22. Entrepreneurial mindset, agile, hands-on and growth-oriented
23. Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
24. French and/or Portuguese are considered a plus

25. Direct experience in ePharma and/or TikTok Shop
26. Background in FMCG, Beauty or Health
27. Experience in international environments and/or multi-country account management
28. Exposure to multichannel/omnichannel commercial organizations
