What are we looking for?
* Support the Business Development team in identifying, analyzing, and selecting products to develop, both generic and innovative.
* Perform quantitative (market data) and qualitative (strategic evaluations) analyses within portfolio selection and new product development.
* Regularly monitor competitor performance.
* Create KPIs and dashboards to provide insights into the execution quality of the Business Development and Portfolio teams.
* Develop benchmarks to monitor company performance against peers.
* Understand and feel comfortable with clinical and scientific language.
* Work on strategic or operational projects.

* Translate business rules into data logic to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure quality and relevance of analysis.
* Present results in a structured, clear, and convincing manner.
What do you need?
* Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business (double major or Master’s in Data Science is a plus). Knowledge in Health Sciences is valued.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Python and SQL.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
* Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
* Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Investigative and curious mindset with strong ability to understand business rules and translate them into data logic.
* Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
