You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hospitality employers helping them adopt Hosco’s recruitment and employer branding solutions to meet their talent needs. /ppThis is a high-responsibility, quota-carrying role where success means driving measurable revenue, developing strategic client relationships, and opening the door to enterprise growth opportunities. /ppbr/ppWhat You’ll Do /ppbr/ppBusiness Development Strategy /pulliBuild and execute a territory plan that maximizes market potential across hotels, restaurants, resorts, cruise lines, and other hospitality players. /liliIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with a consultative and solutions-driven approach. /liliImplement multi-channel outreach sequences (outreach tool, email, phone, LinkedIn, get support with AI tools) to increase response rates and be creative about developing your assigned territory. /liliPosition Hosco as a long-term partner in talent acquisition and employer branding. /li /ulpbr/ppClient Engagement Sales Cycle Leadership /pulliLead the full sales process: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, tailored demos, proposal, negotiation, and closing. /liliDevelop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (GMs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, Operations Directors, Business Owners). /liliLeverage business trips, networking events, industry forums and online meetings to expand reach and visibility. /li /ulpbr/ppAccount Growth Retention /pulliPartner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. /liliProactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen account penetration. /li /ulpbr/ppPerformance Reporting /pulliOwn and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. /liliTrack pipeline activities and forecasts accurately in Salesforce. /liliShare insights and feedback to continuously refine Hosco’s go-to-market strategy. /li /ulpbr/pWhat We’re Looking Forbrulli3–5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with SMB and mid-market clients. /liliBackground in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment, or Hospitality Sales strongly preferred. /liliDemonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. /liliExcellent influencing, negotiation, and closing skills at senior stakeholder level. /liliUnderstanding or strong interest in the hospitality industry, strong business acumen and ability to develop territory growth strategies. /liliResilient, driven, and motivated by results. /liliFluent in English + one additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic). /liliEligible to work in the EU and based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona. /li /ulpbr/pWhy Join Hosco?brulliCompetitive salary + uncapped commission structure. /liliHybrid work model (Barcelona office + home flexibility). /liliFast-growing scale-up at the center of the global hospitality industry. /liliInternational team with flat structure and entrepreneurial culture. /liliCareer growth opportunities and exposure to senior decision-makers across the industry. /liliFlexible working hours and public holiday policy. /li /ulpbr/pp If you’re a proven sales professional ready to take ownership of a high-potential territory and play a key role in Hosco’s growth story, we’d love to hear from you! /ppbr/p
